Thank you for visiting! I’m truly grateful and humbled by the continued encouragement and support from the people of Surry County as I seek re-election as your Sheriff in 2026.   Since first being elected in 2018, I have remained committed to one clear goal: to make Surry County a safer place to live, work, and raise our families. I’ve worked long days—and longer nights—alongside the men and women of the Sheriff’s Office, both in the field and behind the scenes, ensuring that public safety is never compromised.

With over four  decades of law enforcement experience, I bring the training, leadership, and dedication needed to continue leading the professional team at the Surry County Sheriff’s Office. I’ve always believed in being an approachable, hands-on Sheriff, and that belief has guided every decision I’ve made over the past six years.

This campaign is not just about keeping a title—it’s about keeping promises and continuing the work we’ve started together.
